What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils with special educational needs, including implementing individual education plans (IEPs). Assisting with behaviour plans and promoting positive learning environments. Encouraging independence and providing feedback on progress and achievements. Helping to create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment. Supporting teachers by preparing resources, recording progress, and assisting with displays. About You Be able to do the job as described. Experience with emotional literacy or mental health support in children. Knowledge of strategies for supporting pupils with multilingual needs. Ability to work closely with teachers and SENDCo to meet pupils' diverse needs. Strong communicator with a calm and professional demeanor.
