£41,000 – £45,000 per annum We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Projects Manager to lead and deliver high-profile events and key strategic projects. From hosting dignitaries and summer balls for 800 guests to local community open days and office moves, you will oversee the full planning, coordination, and execution of events while ensuring health and safety best practices. This role involves collaborating with teams on-site, overseeing contract support staff, and driving continuous improvement in event and project delivery. As Events & Projects Manager, you’ll be: Leading strategic projects and events that enhance the company’s brand and engagement. Managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless execution. Developing and delivering events that align with the company’s values and strategic goals. Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment at all events, with a strong focus on health and safety compliance. Working with diverse teams, freelancers, and contractors to bring creative and impactful events to life. Maximizing brand visibility through innovative partnerships, events, and project execution. As Events & Projects Manager, you’ll have: Experience in event and project management (minimum three years), with a track record of delivering successful events. Budget management skills, ensuring financial sustainability while delivering high-quality events. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, fostering strong relationships. Experience in contract negotiations, ensuring clear performance expectations. A collaborative approach, working effectively with diverse teams, freelancers, and contractors. An understanding of digital and online content strategies to enhance event impact. A strong focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
