Service Manager - Mental Health Rehabilitation Halifax, West Yorkshire Full-time, Permanent Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) We are working in partnership with a well-established mental health and rehabilitation services provider to recruit a compassionate and experienced Service Manager for a facility based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their goals and living as independently as possible. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care, and acting as a role model to the team by promoting a positive culture that aligns with the organisation’s values. The successful candidate will be integral to ensuring that service users receive exceptional person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and other regulatory requirements. Uphold robust clinical governance structures to maintain service user safety. Support the Registered Manager in enhancing the service’s reputation through local networking and engagement with commissioners. Drive occupancy levels by building strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a similar mental health or social care setting. A thorough understanding of current mental health legislation and social care frameworks. Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating staff. A commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care and promoting independence.
