About the Role
As a Test Manager, you'll define test strategies, coordinate testing efforts, manage defect resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and managing test strategies, plans and execution across projects
2. Coordinating testing across multiple workstreams and interdependencies
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to define risk-based testing approaches and quality standards
4. Leading defect management, ensuring timely resolution and retesting
5. Providing hands-on testing support when needed and mentoring Business SMEs on testing principles
About You
1. Strong experience in test management and quality assurance
2. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Jira, QMetry)
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
