Role:
1. Develop and deliver investment programmes through the use of data intelligence
2. Play a lead role in the development of maintenance programmes, ensuring that the required standards are achieved and that work is planned to minimise disruption to residents and maximise effectiveness
3. Responsible for inspection and stock condition surveys, ensuring that data is correct
4. To lead on the collection and interpretation of asset data to enable sound investment decision
5. Responsible for budget management, tendering and procurement of services and maintaining strong relationships with contractors
Asset Manager – Housing Association – What you need:
6. RICS or CIOB qualification is desirable
7. Experience of working in an Asset Management role at a senior or managerial level
8. Proficient in the use of IT systems
