We are looking for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and proactive Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate must be keen to develop their clinical knowledge and skills within a supportive environment and work to provide high quality, patient focused pharmaceutical care to inpatients. You will be involved in obtaining and documenting accurate medication histories, providing patient education on high risk medicines, facilitating and streamlining both the admission and discharge process at ward level, working with the multidisciplinary team, liaising with GPs, Community Pharmacies and other members of the Primary Care team. You will be integral to the development of technical services and the extended roles of the Pharmacy Technician.
