Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Engineer to join our small team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hydraulic systems and fluid mechanics, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
Duties
Working with a small team in all aspects of the business but this role will primarily be focused on:
* Client support;
* Kleenoil supply and change our own and some 3rd party filters to a number of sites throughout the UK.
Main responsibilities include:
* Agreed site visits adhering to all H&S requirements.
* Prepare short site visit notes.
* Change out of filter cartridges of various shape/sizes/applications.
* Take oil samples for lab testing.
* Discussing improvements using Kleenoil product and filtration solutions.
* Working with the Kleenoil team to improve current operational systems, leading to clearer and smoother operational working methods.
* Gathering information on filtration queries and increasing understanding of customer applications.
* Where there are hires and trials, offer setup, training, and support to the clients, with the confidence and ability to lead results through to sales.
Kleenoil UK supply and fit filtration systems to hydraulic systems installed on refuse wagon manufacturers throughout the UK.
Main responsibilities within this area are:
* Liaise with the customer to agree installation dates.
* Installation of hydraulic units to refuse wagon lifting gear and other offline applications on clients' sites, often in build.
In-house Product Fabrication, design, and development of all main filtration units.
Product Testing.
Main responsibilities include:
* Manufacturing all models of the filtration units.
* Understanding filtration units.
* Supporting all in-house / field-based roles as required.
* Service and install all filtration equipment at customer sites.
As part of a small team, you would need to be ready to assist in any of the production roles in-house and be hands-on in any aspect of the business.

Clean full driving license essential. Van and phone provided.
