As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the bars within the club, managing the bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and creating an inviting atmosphere for our members and guests. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency. About The Role DUTIES Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring effective team management and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences in order to maximise bar revenue. Oversee staff recruitment. Train and mentor staff on bartending techniques, customer service skills, and health regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations within the club. Collaborate with the bar convenor to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience Ensure staff facilitate a bar service within our restaurant and function room.
