37.5 hours per week (5 days over 7, Monday to Friday) We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our friendly Facilities Team. The Facilities Team perform a crucial function in ensuring the Hospice estate (including the Retail operation) are kept safe with servicing, maintenance and repairs, completing them in a timely manner and to a high standard. The role incorporates a variety of tasks including driving, maintenance, gardening, portering, cleaning and security duties. By doing this role, you will meet and work with a range of colleagues across the organisation and genuinely be making a significant contribution. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance and DIY skills (typically those that are used at home) and have a can-do attitude to the work undertaken. They will be able to work as part of a team, be helpful and remain professional at all times.
