Compensation: We offer a very strong compensation program including base salary plus generous commission plan.

About Us: We are a rapidly growing Life Science Technology Staffing Firm, specializing in Executive Search and Contract Staffing with a focus on Life Sciences. Founded in 2018, we have expanded to 25+ employees and 150+ consultants in the field, with offices in Wakefield, MA.
Team Overview: We currently have two sales teams led by seasoned managers and are looking to expand both. Each salesperson owns and is responsible for entire accounts, with opportunities for account development and management roles for those interested in leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue additional prospects, buyers, and opportunities within named accounts through cold calling and other outbound activities.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the strategic direction of accounts.
* Work closely with the Delivery organization to meet client needs and facilitate candidate placements.
* Manage client-facing activities, including presentations, interviews, and offer stages.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools to manage the sales process effectively.
* Meet and exceed KPIs and sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications:
* Strong preference for previous sales experience in the contract IT staffing industry but will entertain prior phone sales experience (call center, inside sales, etc.).
