Are you a part-qualified Management Accountant looking to take the next step in your finance career? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation in the heart of Lincoln City Centre, offers you a 12-month fixed term contract.
They are a well-established organisation committed to delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the business.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Produce insightful variance analysis and commentary
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Liaise with departments across the business to gather and analyse financial data
* Assist with year-end audit and reporting requirements
* Identify opportunities for process improvements
Ideally, you will be a part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), with experience in a management accounting or finance analyst role. You will have strong analytical and Excel skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
