Clearwell Mobility are recruiting for the role of Accounts Assistant at our Burgess Hill Head Office.
You will play an important role in our finance team making sure that we drive value for money from our supply chain and provide regular reporting.

Role Overview
Location: 21 Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 9TN
Type: Permanent, Full-time, Office based
Hours: 35hrs / 5 days per week, Mon–Fri 9.00-5:00pm
Salary: Competitive salary, staff discount and bonus
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Main Responsibilities
1. Authorisation and posting of purchase invoices
2. Reconciliation with supplier statements
3. Monthly payment runs (supported by remittance slips)
4. Preparation of remittance summaries
5. Monitor aged debtors and provide regular reporting
6. Analysis of sales by location and type
7. Company credit card analysis & payments
Your Qualities
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Good IT skills and experience using accounting software
3. Strong organisation with a proven ability to effectively manage a varied and busy workload and to meet deadlines
4. Resilient and adaptable to change and process improvement
5. Be flexible and have a can-do attitude
