Job Description: Experienced Hard FM Manager to assist in delivering Total FM focused contract with proven ability of delivering FM services, managing Hard FM services, and developing lifecycle planning.
The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across various sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.
This is a full-time role based at Thorpe le Soken with travel to 3 schools in Clacton.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project specific risks, including risk management plans.
* Identify cost-saving and profit-making opportunities within contract specification.
* Manage, monitor, review, and improve technical services provided under the contract.
* Deliver services with full understanding of contract specification and statutory requirements.
* Assist Contract Manager to develop and maintain systems and procedures.
Key Requirements:
* Significant experience in Hard FM.
* Working knowledge of CAFM systems and SFG20.
* Demonstrable experience in managing contractors through KPI's and SLAs.
* Experience of Microsoft packages.
* Highly organised & Self-motivated.
