This role will support the sales and marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart their marketing career and develop a strong foundation in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
This position sits within Infor SunSystems Cloud; an independent business unit (IBU) providing a multi-tenant cloud Financial Management System used by thousands of organisations around the world, particularly in the Financial Services, Not For Profit/Charity, Energy and Hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities, Experiences:
1. Assist in the project management to deliver and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
2. Coordinate with team members and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
3. Responsible for delivering campaign data that enable the marketing team to pull actionable insights.
Content Creation:
1. Project manage the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and website copy.
2. Update and maintain the content on the internal and partner SharePoint sites.
3. Help maintain the organization’s brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms.
4. Work with sales team in identifying cloud customers for PR activity (including “just signed” and go live announcements), references, video stories etc.
Digital Marketing:
1. Contribute to the management of social media channels, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
2. Coordinate and maintain the social media editorial calendar.
3. Responsible for updating and monitoring the Infor SunSystems YouTube channel.
4. Assist in optimizing website content for SEO and user experience.
5. Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and tracking results.
Market Research and Analysis:
1. Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the industry.
2. Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness and report findings to the team.
Database Management:
1. Maintain and update SunSystems databases to ensure accurate and current information.
2. Segment and manage contact lists for targeted marketing efforts.
3. Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Required Skills:
1. Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), or email marketing software or a will to learn.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools is advantageous.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Curiosity and Initiative: A proactive learner who stays updated on marketing trends and best practices.
