We are currently looking for a Power Automate Developer to join our expanding IT and Development team. This is a pivotal role to establish and drive our organisation’s capability in automation and process optimisation. It is also a position to work closely with business stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance productivity and set the stage for a robust automation strategy. Primary responsibilities will include:
1. Design, implement, and champion a scalable Power Automate practice across the organisation
2. Establish best practices, governance, and standards for automation solutions
3. Partner with key stakeholders to analyse current business processes and identify high-value automation opportunities
4. Deploy, test, and monitor Power Automate solutions to ensure they are delivering expected results
5. Evaluate and integrate other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) for end-to-end process optimisation
6. Upskill internal teams by conducting workshops, training sessions, and providing ongoing support
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proven experience integrating Power Automate solutions with third party systems via APIs or connectors
2. Prior experience building automation capabilities from scratch is highly desirable
3. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse)
4. Proficient in process analysis, workflow mapping, and business process reengineering
5. Able to communicate at all levels, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
