In this role you will:
* Pro-actively identify and pursue opportunities to increase vehicle and service sales, via phone calls and email.
* Build relationships to truly understand customer needs and requirements, enabling you to propose the best solutions.
* Focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information, contacting companies to verify decision-makers and relevant details.
* Ensure our CRM database is well-maintained for optimal lead generation efforts.
* Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, whether from live campaigns or online lead sources, delivering a professional and timely response to all prospects.
