Mid-Weight Art Director
Our client is a global integrated brand experiential agency that creates impactfully connected experiences that inspire and motivate behavioral change. We are looking for a talented mid-weight Art Director with 5+ years of experiential agency experience. You will work directly on projects from brief to build, demonstrating experience in conceptual thinking and visual storytelling in experiential marketing. You should be able to confidently direct across a variety of channels - from film content to launch events. You’ll be able to sell your ideas internally and to clients, enjoying the collaborative process of working alongside 2D/3D designers and motion teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Previous experience at integrated or experiential agencies (5+ years).
2. A brilliant creative thinker, with the ability to push things beyond the expected.
3. A love and good understanding of brand experiences.
4. Your portfolio should demonstrate excellent conceptual thinking with original ideas.
5. The ability to lead and direct designers to faithfully bring your vision to life.
6. Articulate, confident, and assertive in presenting work.
Skills:
1. An ability to scamp and sketch.
2. Able to take ideas through from concept to execution.
3. Proficient in Creative Suite – in particular Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
5. Animation/motion graphics skills, particularly in Final Cut Pro.
