Overview We are looking for an office administrator, based at our Welwyn Garden City office, to join our growing team within the construction industry. 9am-5pm (flexible). Duties Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documents are properly organised and easily accessible. Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications. Create invoices and manage customer records. Coordinate customer appointments and schedule in an effective manner. Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity within the office environment. Skills Proficient in clerical duties with a strong understanding of office procedures. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document management. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation. Ability to type proficiently and computerise information effectively. A professional demeanour with excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
