About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing high volumes of phone calls and inquiries.
* Responding promptly to customer queries with accurate information (training provided).
* Building trust and sustainable relationships through active communication.
* Handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
* Preparing and managing orders, quotations, and invoicing.
* Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with SAP is a plus).
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
