Salary: Up to £31,000 OTE, with basic of £25,000 per annum
Lookers Sudbury Ford is recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team which consists of Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, and our enthusiastic and friendly Service Manager.
As a Service Advisor at Ford, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand developments. This is a truly exciting opportunity with potential for progression within Lookers!
Responsibilities
* Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers.
* Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories.
* Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments.
* Managing a high volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries.
* Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the systems when bookings are made.
As a Trainee Service Advisor at our busy dealership, you must have heaps of energy, a warm personality, and a real passion for delivering a first-class customer experience each time. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily while explaining technical information clearly and concisely. Being a tech-savvy individual would be a huge advantage, as you'll be learning how to use our automotive systems when booking in customers.
You will be a great team player but also able to work independently using your own initiative.
