We are currently looking for an experienced Concept Housekeeping Operative to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will carry out cleaning and associated duties throughout the Casino in both the public and communal areas by completing both planned and reactive tasks. This will be a 15 hours per week contract working 06:00 – 11:00, 3 days a week. Key Competencies and Duties include: • Perform all cleaning tasks as per specification and to the required standard • Has a passion for cleanliness • Regular cleaning patrols of all common areas including the public toilets, proactively dealing with issues as and when they arise • Undertake periodic deep cleaning tasks in line with site schedules • Outstanding attention to detail • Proactive, can do attitude • Has real pride and passion for what you do • Be able to adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures including changes to shifts/rotas • Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Safe use of equipment and machinery in line with company policies and procedures. • To undertake ad hoc duties as directed and operationally required whether internal or external to the building • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Good customer care skills • Previous experience in a similar coordinating role is required • Previous cleaning experience is required • Previous machinery experience is desirable (training will be provided)
