Job Description
This position will be joining our busy Linlithgow laboratory as a Customer Service Advisor in a fixed term one year contract. This is a part time role working 20 hours a week - Monday to Friday 10:00 till 14:00.
The main duties will include:
1. Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing information about services or products.
2. To maintain relationships with new and existing customers and make them feel valued by being first point of contact.
3. Having clear communication with other departments to ensure customers requests are met.
4. To carry out other functions in support of the Companies activities as may be required
5. To compile, and verify accurate information.
6. Communicate with colleagues from other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
7. Deal with queries from customers and those that may arise in relation to data entry.
8. Comply with data integrity and company security policies.
9. Performs back up of information.
10. Comply with GDPR in relation to customer and company information.
