Description OUR IMPACT The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team’s mission is to enable Goldman Sachs to utilize third parties seamlessly with best-in-class risk management practices, integrated customer experience, agility, transparency and clear accountability. Emphasis is on the holistic management of third party risk, utilizing curated risk insights and a focus on business led risk remediation. The Third Party Resilience capability delivers a program of operational resilience controls, inclusive of testing of critical Goldman Sachs third party vendors, integration with firmwide operational resilience frameworks and compliance with third party resilience regulatory requirements YOUR IMPACT This role is part of the first line of defence Third Party Risk Management team within the Corporate Planning and Management division. The role will lead an EMEA regional regulatory program aligned to the European Union (EU) Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) This Associate level professional will work with divisional, legal, compliance and technology stakeholders across Goldman Sachs to plan, assess, oversee, document and lead the implementation of policy and control requirements mandated by the EU’s DORA regulation. The role will focus on control uplifts and ongoing management of in-scope third party vendor and interaffiliate (intra-group) relationships determined as Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) services. This will include development and maintenance of a new DORA Register of Information and oversight of new tooling requirements needed to support regulatory compliance. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience working as part of a global or regional change program Experiencing of planning, coordinating and driving change Experience and knowledge of operational resilience; preferably in the context of third party and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act Possess a strong risk management and control mindset linked with the ability to support the delivery of commercial outcomes Experience reviewing and interpreting regulatory documentation and supervisory statements Highly organized; attention to detail and excellent follow-through required Exceptional time management; ability to work with tight deadlines under pressure Analytical thinker, able to quickly assess situations, prioritize and multi-task; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills Confident candidate who is enthusiastic and a team player Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with global colleagues Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing organization Independent research, data assimilation and documentation Ability to coordinate activities with multiple interdependencies across a number of stakeholders.
