Customer Engagement Operations Specialist
12 month contract

SRG are collaborating exclusively with a leading pharmaceutical company in their search for a new Customer Engagement Operations Specialist to join the business for an initial 12 month contract. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the In-field teams, Brand teams, medical review and others to support development and delivery of engaging behaviour-changing promotional and educational meetings. Our client is seeking individuals with great organisation and project management skills as well as knowledge/experience of working with the ABPI code of practice.
Responsibilities include:
1. Working proactively with In-field & brand teams to develop therapy area expertise.
2. Staying up to date with therapy area changes or new SmPC (Summary of Medicinal Product Characteristics) and Prescribing Information (Prescribing Information) working closely with the TA Brand Team and medical review Teams.
3. Monitoring incoming meeting requests, reviewing and approving these in accordance with company's meetings Policy, In-Field Meetings SOP and the ABPI Code.
4. Providing assistance and training to in-field teams, as required.
5. Careful review of all meetings and interactions with HCPs, HCOs ensuring that all meeting arrangements, content and logistics are compliant.
6. Creation, review and approval of meeting materials in close collaboration with the Meeting owner, management Job Bags in promo-mats for promotional presentations and bespoke meeting materials, working in collaboratively with other functions as needed.
7. Coordinating meeting arrangements for in-field team meetings - including venue booking, speaker engagement etc.
8. Preparation of key documents required for all meetings, as well as Transfer of Value (ToV) consent to disclose managing process for audit purposes.
9. Ensuring that all post-meeting steps are completed including consolidating & sharing feedback and implementation of changes as needed.
Skills/experience required:
1. University degree/diploma in life sciences subject or relevant experience essential.
2. Experience working with the ABPI Code of Practice, or similar.
3. Demonstrated ability using Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) to at least a beginner level is essential.
4. Experience working within Pharma/Medicine/Healthcare industry would be advantageous.
5. Experience managing projects and/or organising meetings/events desirable.
6. Experience using Promo-Mats, Veeva, SharePoint, or equivalent systems is desirable.
7. Excellent organisation and project management skills.
8. Attention to detail and a confident communicator.
9. Problem solving & negotiation skills desirable.
