Job Description
* Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the team
* Manage and organise schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
* File and retrieve documents and reference materials
* Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
* Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
* Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
* Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'PA' should have:
* A proven track record in a similar role within the Professional Services industry
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A self-motivated, proactive, and flexible approach to work
