Job Description We have a new opportunity for a Director of Sales for a Cambridge aparthotel / hotel in a growing group. We are looking for a commercially strategic thinker who thrives on building and nurturing relationships. Heading up sales for the Cambridge property, you’ll set the sales strategy and take responsibility for sales targets, leading the team to help you smash them. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you’ll support your local team, nurture existing and foster new client relationships to drive revenue and increase loyalty and referrals. The ideal candidate has a great network in the local area and is great at managing/ developing team members. On offer is a generous package and hybrid working with 2days at home.
