We are a successful used car sales business operating in the Midlands for over 25 years based in the Garretts Green Lane area. We stock a wide range of used cars at our indoor showroom.
Presently, we are looking to recruit a talented individual to manage the day-to-day running of the showroom, from answering sales calls and enquiries to managing the sales process from start to end. The successful candidate shall be confident, outgoing, proactive with a positive attitude. Ideally, some experience in a related role or sales environment would be an advantage but not essential as training and guidance shall be given.
Duties shall include:
1. Answering sales calls and queries
2. Assisting with purchasing stock
3. Managing the sales process from start to end, assisting with preparing sales stock, uploading and writing online adverts
4. Managing paperwork and documentation in the sales office
5. Dealing with pre and post sales issues
6. Liaising with workshops and mechanics to arrange repairs to sales vehicles
7. General office admin
The role requires an all-rounder to assist in a busy sales environment.
The ideal candidate should possess:
1. Good communication and sales skills
2. Ability to multi-task
3. Provide and ensure high level customer satisfaction and customer care
4. Good PC skills
5. Driving licence
Hours of Operation:
We are open 7 days and are looking to recruit an individual who shall work 5 to 6 days a week, 9 am till 6 pm. Working Saturdays shall be required. Final hours to be mutually agreed.
Rate of Pay:
Starting salary of £28,704 per annum.
Holiday Entitlement:
28 days paid holiday a year including 8 bank holidays.
