Job Opportunity: Portfolio Analyst (Band 7) We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join our client, Digital Health and Care NI (DHCNI). Location: Belfast, with 2 days per week in the office (may be more due to induction) Salary: Band 7 (£40,057 - £45,839) Duration: Temporary, Full- Time (37.5 hours) Reports To: DHCNI Portfolio Lead Role Summary: As part of the Portfolio Direction Team, the Portfolio Analyst will focus on: Reviewing and approving digital business cases Coordinating with stakeholders, including DoH Economists and senior staff Ensuring compliance with DoF guidance and government business case methodologies Managing multiple deadlines in a complex and busy environment Key Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in portfolio or project management within a large organisation Experience leading ICT projects (budget of £50,000+) Familiarity with methodologies such as PRINCE2, MoP, or similar frameworks Strong written communication, presentation, and organisational skills Ability to work independently in an agile, fast-moving team environment Desirable Skills: Qualification in PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar project portfolio management methodology Deadline: 12pm on Friday 3rd January 2025 This role is vital to the delivery of digital projects that underpin transformation across the NI Health Service.
