Role Description
This is a maternity cover on-site role as a Meetings and Events Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton Hull. The role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of meetings and events, including planning, set-up, execution, and post-event evaluations. The Meetings and Events Executive will work closely with clients to ensure seamless and successful events.
Qualifications
1. Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills
2. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
3. Detail-oriented and Organizational skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
6. Knowledge of Hospitality Industry practices and trends
7. Proficiency in Event Management software is a plus
