The Early Years Educator role is key in delivering and inspiring high quality, beyond brilliant early years education, acknowledging every child is unique through our bespoke educational programmes. You will build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues using consistent and effective communication. This role is suitable for someone passionate about Early Years and looking to fulfil their career in a flexible, friendly, and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementing and promoting the Early Years Foundation Stage through the delivery of our 5C's curriculum, our unique pedagogical approaches, and our bespoke educational programmes.
2. Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child protection, keeping up to date with the organisation's policies and procedures, and reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
3. Promoting children's sense of belonging, supporting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all.
4. Delivering high quality teaching and learning tailored to the children's individual needs.
5. Supporting children to have the best start in life by promoting their wellbeing.
6. Ensuring our learning environment is effective and meets professional standards.
7. Taking responsibility for health and safety within the nursery environment.
8. Managing effective and timely record keeping.
9. Building supportive parent partnerships and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
10. Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues.
Learning and Development:
1. Taking responsibility for own CPD and skill development.
2. Keeping knowledge and skills fresh, and sharing with the management team and colleagues.
3. Attending training and CPD opportunities.
4. Being open to and proposing new ideas to positively impact children, parents, and team.

Requirements:
1. A minimum Level 3 in Early Years.
2. Early Years Teacher Status is required for this to be considered an Early Years Teacher role.
3. You must be able to build meaningful relationships and have good communication skills.
4. A real 'can do' attitude and self-motivation are essential.
5. A passion for working in an environment with young children is essential.
6. You must be eligible to work in the UK and obtain a satisfactory DBS.
