In an industry that is evolving rapidly with the introduction of electric vehicles into the market, we are looking to expand our Sales team and are seeking an engaging and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Ipswich.
You will work with our team to deliver an engaging and positive experience for all of our customers. This includes having a friendly and approachable manner, greeting our customers upon arrival into the showroom as well as digitally and ensuring they leave having enjoyed a positive and enjoyable experience.
You will engage with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle preferences, with a well-developed and in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and technology. Previous experience in the Motor Industry is not essential, and we are proud to be able to offer all our Sales Advisors Manufacturer Accredited training, plus you will be part of a great team who will always support you, and make sure you feel fully informed about the direction of the business and your role in it.
What You'll Need:
* Willingness to engage with guests and contribute to your team
* A self-motivated approach
* Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, and internet use
* Full driving licence

Salary & Hours
* Basic Salary of £23,500 plus uncapped commission package (Based on a 5 day working week of 42.5 hours, but we are open to discussing flexible hours)
* On target earnings of £30k - £40k, depending on experience and ability
* Guaranteed minimum earnings for the first six months
