Our client, a company in the construction industry, are looking for a Payroll Clerk / Administrator to ensure accurate and timely production of the payroll in a team.
The key responsibilities of a Payroll Clerk:
* Working within a team processing electronic timesheets, starters, leavers, allowances and deductions
* Maintaining database and data entry
* Recording employee holiday and sickness
* General payroll administration
The skills & requirements for a Payroll Clerk:
* Previous experience in a payroll capacity
* Great attention to detail
* UK driving licence and own transport due to location
* Available immediately
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Reliable
* Great communication skills
* IT literate - basic Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
