Account Manager

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum - depending on experience

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Calculating and issuing utility recharges: Obtain key information, prepare monthly recharge spreadsheets, seek approval, and liaise with finance to raise charges.
* Monitor and resolve team queries in a timely manner.
* Provide progress reports to management.
* Internal and external communication: Be a confident verbal and written communicator with the ability to use your own initiative.
* Database management.
* Invoice validation: Support the team in validating utility invoices.
* Reporting: Work with the wider team to provide reports with key information.
* Data collection: Liaise with third-party providers to obtain information for operational management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly. You should be a friendly, helpful team player who prides themselves on administration and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude is essential.
