The department Our Private Client Team is High Net Worth Chambers rated and ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500 (in the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Middlesex Region) with our Department Head, Alex Drake and fellow Partners Alison Voyce, Steven Hamilton and Zoe Sivelle recognised for their specialist expertise. About the role We are pleased to offer the opportunity for an experienced Private Client secretary to join our established Private Client team in our Harpenden office. The successful applicant will join a team of Departmental Secretary who provide full secretarial and administrative support to our fee earners. The role is dominated by audio transcription and doucment production of Wills, LPAs and correspondence and related forms, receiving telephone calls from clients and third parties and supporting fee earners in the management of electronic file history. Legal secretarial experience in Private Client work is essential as is a professional, empathetic and clear telephone manner.
