This is a pivotal role where youll ensure safe, high-quality service delivery aligned with People in Actions policies, procedures, and the Care Quality Commission framework. In this role, youll take the lead in developing and growing our services in line with our organisational strategy. You'll inspire and manage our project managers and operational teams, ensuring we meet the needs of our members through collaboration and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of office-based teams, line managing the Project Managers. Develop and implement operational service plans, setting priorities and actions across all areas. Monitor performance against targets, including those of subcontractors. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, commissioners, and stakeholders while exploring new opportunities. Lead initiatives for operational excellence and play a key role in long-term planning. Act as the organisational lead for health and safety, GDPR compliance, and data protection. Attend Finance Sub-Committees, Income Generation Sub Group meetings, Compliance and Safeguarding meetings and Board meetings. Manage and participate in the on-call rota.
