We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our Out of Home (OOH) sales team. The OOH team oversee our relationships with key partners across travel, hotels, contract catering, casual dining and more. The role of the Customer Development Executive is to develop and implement comprehensive business plans which will accelerate our wellbeing visibility and value growth across specific OOH customers and channels with tailored in outlet activation plans to enable us to become a leading brand in wellbeing drinks. Key Responsibilities Full ownership and accountability for one of our key out of home channels for Twinings. Managing some of the UK's & global most recognisable brands. Development and implementation of innovative customer plans to target growth from existing customers that will deliver improved revenue, profit and brand equity. Consistently winning new business across the channel which align with our strategy and vision for growth. Deliver creative in outlet activation aligned to the Twinings media plan. Identifying and implementing relevant exciting customer plans that can deliver excellence in consumer experience. Developing external relationships, prioritising the most impactful and finding opportunities to connect Twinings and customer strategies. Performance grip, forecast accuracy and analysis informing relevant and timely course correction. Collaborative and trusting customer relationships with all accounts. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise We're looking for somebody who is motivated and enthusiastic, and excited by the prospect of winning new business and developing positive relationships. For us, we're more interested in your skills and behaviours than having specific experience in OOH sales. You'll need to have experience within a commercial environment or customer facing role, and we're able to offer a great package of development to support your learning and enable you to thrive in this role. We'll work with you to define what support you need, but this will include formal training, on the job-learning, coaching and mentoring. The skills and behaviours we're looking for include; High levels of enthusiasm and perseverance & demonstrates a positive growth mindset. Commercially capable with a multi-customer view. Numerate and good understanding of revenue management. Great at always finding creative new ways. Comfortable working with ambiguity.
