Knowledge, Skills, and Training
Essential criteria:
* Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training
* Recent professional development evidence in an up-to-date portfolio
* Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level with additional post-registration specialist training or extensive experience in the relevant specialty
Job Specific Experience
Essential criteria:
* Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level
* Experience of specialist working
Desirable criteria:
* Recent experience in a similar role
Managerial/Supervisory Experience
Essential criteria:
* Experience providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff
Personal Qualities and Attributes
Essential criteria:
* Effective communication skills at various organizational levels, both verbally and in writing, including handling complex, sensitive, or contentious information with negotiation and persuasion skills
* Ability to analyze situations, interpret conflicting information, and determine appropriate actions
