This key role is to ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain, facilitating efficient operations and communications between departments. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
\n\nThe successful candidate will play an integral part of the supply chain team, providing support and cover across multiple product categories and logistics.\n\nKey Responsibilities Include;\n\nCollaborate with the Logistics manager to ensure the efficient transportation of goods\nProcess orders, verify accuracy and ensure timely processing.\nMonitor stock levels, track inventory and manage replenishment.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.\nManage and update MRP/SAP systems with accurate inventory and procurement information.\nMaintain effective communications with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.\nEnsure data integrity within the supply chain systems, including data entry, validation and reporting.\nProvide cover for multiple products categories within the Procurement and Supply Chain team.\nPlay an active role within the Procurement and Supply Chain Team to help achieve and improve departmental KPI's \n\nDesired Skills & Preferred Qualifications;\n\nStrong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, with experience in SAP being highly desirable.\nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams\nAbility to analyse and interpret data\nPrevious experience in a supply chain and/or logistics-related role is advantageous.\nAbility to manage multiple and prioritise\nPossess a methodical logical approach with the ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and pay great attention to detail\nhighly numerically focused, with strong administration and organisational skills \n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
