Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Sevenoaks
Pay: Up to £575 per week
Contract Details: Temp to perm opportunity! 40 hours per week
Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Administrator to join a dynamic team in Sevenoaks. If you have prior experience with Construction Industry Scheme, strong proficiency in financial processes, and familiarity with Xero accounting software, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
Process invoices and manage supplier accounts efficiently.
Perform accurate bank reconciliations to align financial records with transactions.
Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.
Manage multiple supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Utilise the Xero accounting software package for financial tasks.
Assist with other finance-related duties as required.Requirements:
Proven experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
Construction Industry Scheme experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
Strong understanding of VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
