Role Overview
The Luxury Account Manager will embody Diageo’s ambition to be the world's best-performing, most-trusted consumer goods company. Key Responsibilities
* Enhance brand status, equity, and sales rate within key outlets in the highly influential OnTrade sector.
* Manage day-to-day customer relationships with effective negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills.
* Oversee P&L delivery within your customer portfolio, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
* Collaborate with the Luxury Marketing and Advocacy teams to activate brands in outlets, driving visibility and talkability.
* Achieve distribution and execution targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
* Coordinate with the Luxury Curation Manager on menu creation, activations, and customer engagement.
* Provide accurate forecasting and performance management, maintaining brand visibility in outlets.
* Stay informed about consumer trends and ensure these insights inform brand and customer strategies.
Qualifications & Capabilities
* Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience, including on-trade and account management, with a focus on influential customers.
* Experience with luxury brands or high-end accounts is preferred.
* Deep understanding of influential on-trade customers in GB and their needs.
* Strong category knowledge across spirits and non-alcoholic drinks, with a passion for premium brands.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Robust commercial acumen, including P&L literacy and data analysis.
* Experience in luxury brand activation and collaboration with marketing teams.
* Ability to build cross-functional relationships and interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
