PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for support workers who are willing to travel across 2 different locations within Warrington for this role.

About the People We Support
We support:
Two gentlemen in their 70s: They love shopping, hitting the cinema, eating out, and visiting the zoo.
Three gentlemen in their 50s: They enjoy cinema, meals out, shopping, gardening, day services, movies, and musicals.
They have learning disabilities and autism, and need our help to support them within their 2 supported living homes. Patient and enthusiastic support workers who are hard-working and good team players would be a wonderful match.
What Will You Be Doing?
Empowering Independence: Support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
Engaging Activities : Get involved in the activities they enjoy like shopping, going to the cinema, enjoying meals out, and going on walks.
Daily Living Support: Assist with varying levels of personal care, occasional manual handling, meal preparation, medication, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Flexible Shift Patterns
24-Hour Shifts: 10am - 10am the following day (includes £45 sleep-in shift)
Day Shifts: 8am - 8pm, 10am - 3pm, 9am - 4pm
Sleep In Shift: 10pm - 7am (Paid To Sleep)
Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
