Community Staff Nurse - Permanent 22.5 Hours
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join our Brierly Hill District Nursing team within Dudley Community Services. We want a nurse who is committed to delivering high standards of care, who is able to work as part of a team player, but also has the confidence to work independently without direct supervision.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide nursing care to patients within their own homes and in clinic settings.
You must have effective communication and interpersonal skills, be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the service, and demonstrate a willingness to extend and develop your existing skills. In return, we will offer you development opportunities, clinical supervision and mentorship support, and deliver a formal induction programme.

Person Specification
Qualifications & Education
* First level Registered Nurse with NMC
* Nursing degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge & Training
* Evidence of undertaking a recognised course of study in teaching and assessing, or commitment to complete
* Evidence of professional development

* Experience of working in a community setting
* Completion of preceptorship/support skills
* Venepuncture

Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 a year Pro Rata Per Annum
