Job Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be providing support to businesses handling a range of enquiries this could be new clients or existing ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
You will be dealing with order queries and providing support and guidance alongside excellent aftercare.
The role will require excellent problem solving skills and the passion to help clients and improve the experience.
