Job Title: Domiciliary Care
Location: Bishops Cleeve & surrounding areas. (within an 8-mile radius)
Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, 10-16 hours per week, over a two week rota. Predominately weekend work.
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time - Evenings and Weekends
Salary: £13.00 per hour from 08:00 - 18:00, then £13.55 from 18:00 onwards. This is an hourly rate, not by client. You will also receive 30p per mile mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate home care to clients within an 8-mile radius of Bishops Cleeve/Cheltenham.
Form positive and friendly relationships with clients.
Demonstrate a 'Can do' attitude and a caring nature.
Ensure reliability in attendance and work performance.
Drive to client locations; a full driver's license is essential.
Participate in comprehensive training, including e-learning modules and face-to-face courses.
Requirements:
Previous experience of 1 year in Care is preferred but not required, as we are committed to providing thorough training and support to our team members.

Fluent English Speaking
Full drivers license with access to a vehicle.
Training and Support:
Enrollment in comprehensive training with full pay.
24-hour support through an on-call service.
Completion of the Care Certificate.
Access to further academic training (NVQ's).
