About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially astute financial leader to guide our finance, digital, technology, data, and resource teams.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the Hospice’s long-term financial sustainability, driving digital innovation and transformation, and strengthening business assurance and governance. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Chief Executive, Board, Committees, cross-organisational colleagues, key stakeholders, and strategic partners. Your collaborative approach and strategic insight will make a meaningful and measurable impact and difference on the overall leadership and success of the Hospice.
About You
* An experienced senior financial leader, with a proven track record to motivate, inspire and build empowered teams.
* A commercially astute and entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent judgement and interpersonal skills to both challenge and review ideas with solutions and innovation to achieve our goals.
* Experience of supporting organisations to develop, adopt and sustain improved working practices for efficiency, effectiveness and robust risk management.
* Experience of producing high quality reporting and analysis in support of Board-level strategy and decision-making.
* An understanding and experience of shaping and influencing teams towards a continuous improvement practice and culture.
* Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
