How you will make an impact You’ll have a central role in the development of the shopper creative team, where you’ll take lead on crafting creative concepts from brief and concept to execution and production – keeping your eyes on the ball throughout the creative process. Our clients include global Arla brands such as Lurpak, Castello and Arla Protein, but also highly strategic UK brands like Anchor Butter, and Arla Cravendale. Transforming strategic planning into sharp concepts, campaigns and ideas. Be part of driving client presentations and building argumentations for each creative idea. Taking lead on creative consistency on brands and striving for the most intriguing creative solution while Leading creative workshops to develop new ideas and concepts with the team. Following creative direction from the creative studio manager, and developing brand campaigns, product campaigns, and activation ideas for shopper. Supporting creatives within the team and collaborating with colleagues to deliver campaigns of the highest quality for all touchpoints. What will make you successful You bring proven experience from a creative shopper agency or department, demonstrating leadership in creative development as both a motivator and a problem solver. You adeptly infuse brand and category strategies into creative ideas and excel at crafting presentations that communicate your concepts through visuals and copy. With a solid understanding of shopper touchpoints, you ensure impactful campaign deployment. Your collaboration and communication skills facilitate effective teamwork with creative artworkers and account managers to deliver optimal project solutions. You possess unparalleled skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, along with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and interactive PDFs. Expertise in print processes and a strong grasp of typography, space, and layout allow you to produce print and digital-ready artwork. Additionally, you have a genuine interest in food, enjoying cooking and culinary experiences. What do we offer?
