In fact, itâs all we think about. Want to join us? As a Management Assistant, youâll be supporting two of our general managers within the Environment, Planning and Assurance directorate. the future. What youâll do Your days will be full of variety. Youâll arrange meetings, manage diaries, and keep track of key actions to make sure nothing gets missed. Youâll handle emails, schedule appointments with external stakeholders, and keep our SharePoint and Microsoft Teams spaces running smoothly. Youâll also take care of travel bookings, conference arrangements, and approvals on our corporate systems. Itâs a fast-paced role, but youâll be part of a team that supports each other to get things done. What youâll bring Youâll be organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once. Keeping track of schedules, deadlines, and key tasks will come naturally to you, and youâll have a keen eye for detail. Youâll need to be a strong communicator, ready to work closely with colleagues across the business and external partners. To hit the ground running, youâll need at least two yearsâ experience in an administrative support role within a professional office environment. You should also have a high school-level qualification (or equivalent from an accredited institution) and be confident using Microsoft Office at an advanced level. Youâll also be comfortable working independently, making decisions, and using your initiative to keep things moving. The not-so-small print This role will be a Grade 3 position. If youâre new to Scottish Water, youâll join us on a starting salary of £25,980. Performance-driven pay progression will then allow you to move through the range to a maximum of £30,000.
