At Lochgilphead Joint Campus we are committed to providing inclusive and equitable learning experiences for all. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Additional Support Needs (ASN) Assistants .
In these roles you will make a meaningful impact contributing to the development and wellbeing of children and young people with diverse learning needs. You will gain have the satisfaction of helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with ASN, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. You will demonstrate an ability to work effectively as part of a team with relevant qualifications and/or experience in education or related fields (desirable) and show a commitment to upholding the values of inclusion and equality.

2. The salary shown is the full time equivalent salary, the actual salary will be paid pro rata for the hours worked, on a term time basis.
3. The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order, as amended, applies to this post.
4. These are temporary posts which may be filled on a secondment basis by an employee wishing to gain experience/career development and will be at the discretion of the employee’s director.
