Job summary District Nurse SPQ Salary Range: £37,338 to £44,962 - depending on experience (Band 6) Location: Upton Hospital, Slough Working Pattern: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Includes 1 weekend every 4 weeks (with days off during the week), plus rotating shifts of: Late Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Early Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM We are seeking an experienced and qualified District Nurse SPQ to join our growing Community Health team.
