Key Duties
Provide outstanding customer service to export partners and customers in the EMEA and record distribution orders and organize international and ensure compliance of import/export documentation.Collaborate with an EMEA Customer Service team of 6 and a wider EMEA team of over 40 colleagues.Support sales and customer service for interventional medical devices.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical devices or a similar industry.Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an proficiency with MS Office and experience with export, meticulous, highly organized, and service-minded.Experience with QAD preferred.
